Rapid Prototyping

As pioneers of CNC prototyping in Portugal, we produce high quality prototypes for engineering or marketing through the direct machining of materials such as: ureol, ABS, polyamide, polypropylene or aluminium. Furthermore, we also produce prototypes by a variety of other different techniques such as SLS (Stereo Lithography), SLSp (Selected Laser Sintering Plastics), LOM (Layer Object Manufacturing). These technologies can be incorporated during the product development cycle, for the production of prototypes, which can enable the identification of eventual critical designs issues in a very early development stage, minimizing later rework and shortening the time-to-market of the final product.
