Rapid Moulds - Silicon

SET produces silicon moulds by the casting process using an engineering model as a template. These moulds can then be used in the production of small series. The parts produced are identical in colour, strength and dimension to the plastic to be injected.

Rapid Moulds - Aluminium

In cases, where the number of injection moulded parts does not justify the manufacture of an entire steel tool, we produce moulds based on standardized parts featuring moulding areas made from aluminium. This approach satisfies our customer's requirements and reduces the final production costs of small production series (up to 2.000 shots), making economically viable the production of moulded parts, that would be otherwise unfeasible.
