IBEROMOLDES ACE results from a strategic concerns of the IBEROMOLDES Group on innovation, continuous training of skills and knowledge development of its staff, alongside with a positioning leadership role in the introduction of new organizational methodologies, engineering and production techniques and state-of-the-art technologies in all companies of the group.

From the embryo phase (in 1978, when EDILASIO was acquired) and in line with the strategies of the growth and development of the Group, IBEROMOLDES ACE was formally established in 1986, as a formal network for specialized training of all IBEROMOLDES Group companies.

With the mission of professional training in the IBEROMOLDES Group companies, and being its knowledge platform, IBEROMOLDES ACE has decisively contributed to the development of new professionals and for the consolidation of IBEROMOLDES´s know-how in the Group through, not only on technical and technological training activities, but also, through its dedicated involvement on R&D projects, Innovation, monitoring, demonstration and technology transfer.

IBEROMOLDES ACE, as the formal “facilitator” for the networking and cooperation between all companies in the IBEROMOLDES Group, also assumes this important role promoting itself as the Group´s Forum for innovation and new ideas discussion.
